Directions: We are Located on Kennedy in between Lawrence and Ellesmere. If you are coming from the 401, Exit on Kennedy, go south on Kennedy passing Ellesmere. Our clinic will be on the Right hand side. If you are taking the TTC you can take Bus number 43A or B and get off on Shropshire rd. Then take a short walk. No, all services at our company are covered by OHIP. If you do not have OHIP, you will be charged for the study. Some insurances companies may cover that fee for you depending on the insurance companies` policies.

Normally, X-rays can be done in within 15 minutes per exam. Ultrasounds usually take about 30 mins each, in exception to some pregnancy ultrasounds which may take up to 1 hour. However, time may vary.

Yes, a requisition form is a legal document from your doctor. We are unable to perform any exams without a requisition form.

They are not legally allowed to give any results; your doctor will provide you with a report.

Yes, the following are the preparations you need before doing ultrasound:
Abdomen, Abdominal, Aorta:
Avoid excess fats the night prior to the exam and solid food 8 hours before the exam. Small quantities of clear fluids are permitted.
Pelvic Only- Female & Male:
One hour prior to exam drink 4 cups of water (total 32 oz). Do NOT empty bladder.
Prostate-Transrectal:
The evening before the examination, take a fleet enema (purchase at the drug store). One hour prior to exam, drink 4 cups of water (total 32 oz.). Do NOT empty bladder.
Abdomen & Pelvic:
Avoid solid foods and excess fats 8 hours before the exam. Small quantities of clear fluids are permitted. One hour prior to exam drink 4 cups of water (total 32 oz.). Do NOT empty bladder.
Pregnancy:
One hour prior to the exam, drink the required amount of water
12 weeks – 4 cups (32 oz.)
14-24 weeks – 3 cups (24 oz.)
Over 24 weeks – 2cups (16 oz.)

Any medication should be taken as required.

Please be aware that vitamins, calcium and iron supplements should not be taken on the day of your exam. Any other medications should be taken as needed.
